Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the driving force behind The Company, crafting and refining the strategic vision in collaboration with co-founders.
- Take ownership of recruitment efforts to build a team capable of executing the company's ambitious goals, including technical, marketing, and operations personnel.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's objectives and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, infrastructure, and a company culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Actively engage with the DeFi and cryptocurrency community to establish partnerships, participate in events, and stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
- Drive the launch and adoption of the token, ensuring regulatory compliance and value creation for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch campaigns, products, and features that resonate with the market and drive user growth.
- Prepare the company for key milestones, including potential public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of DeFi, with a particular emphasis on Liquid Staking Derivatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with demonstrable knowledge of blockchain technology.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and scaling an organization, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a startup environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
- Previous success in launching a token or a significant product within the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.
- Strong network within the DeFi and broader cryptocurrency industry to leverage for partnerships and team building.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in representing companies in high-stakes discussions.
