About The Role:

• Lead a team of driven managers and professionals to efficiently deliver robust software.
• Ensure consistent and predictable feature delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and program managers, as well as executives.
• Foster a close working relationship with development partners, treating them as an integral part of our team.
• Engage in architectural and design discussions and provide support to software managers in addressing day-to-day challenges.
• Take ownership of all aspects of releases, encompassing development, testing, documentation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Uphold a culture and values that emphasize integrity, ethics, service, excellence, and teamwork.

Skills Needed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Software Director role.
• A proven track record of delivering stable software with innovative features.
• Proficiency in thinking at the system level is essential.
• Experience in managing large infrastructure and mission-critical projects is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional people management skills are a necessity.
• Hands-on technical expertise, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team when required.
• Familiarity with security principles for software development.
• Experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Bitcoin or Ethereum) and distributed applications is a bonus but not mandatory.
