Marketing Executive - Japan - Online Crypto Casino

Position Overview 
In the role of Marketing Executive for Japan, the selected candidate will work closely with the Country Manager to implement marketing strategies finely tuned for the Japanese market. Responsibilities encompass cultivating relationships with current affiliates, prospecting for new affiliates and potential partners, managing Japanese-language social media channels, crafting promotional content and translations, and orchestrating CRM campaigns while creating landing pages. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Assist in the operation of marketing initiatives for the Japanese market. 
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates and reach out to new affiliates and potential collaborators. 
• Oversee social media management in Japanese, ensuring content is culturally relevant and engaging. 
• Create and translate content for promotions, emails, and other marketing materials. 
• Set up CRM campaigns and prepare landing pages tailored for the Japanese audience. 
• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and target market preferences. 

 
Requirements 

• Knowledge of the industry, including cryptocurrency, sports, and casinos, is essential. 
• Good level of understanding of digital marketing, with direct experience in campaign management, SEO, or copywriting preferred. 
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese language is essential. 
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English required. 
• Energetic, customer-focused, and demonstrates a willingness to learn. 
• Highly organised, committed, results-driven, and analytical.  
• Tech-savvy and capable of learning and working with various marketing software. 
• Displays innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. 
• Ability to work flexible hours is a must.
