Motion Designer / Video Editor - Online Crypto Casino

Position Overview
Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll work on creating engaging video content for our social media channels. This role involves crafting exciting videos with a blend of motion design, expert video editing, transitions, color correction, and music. You'll use footage provided by our streamers and ambassadors to help grow our social channels and community. Your work will play a crucial role in visually captivating our audience, enhancing our brand, and promoting our products through compelling animations, videos, and graphics.
 
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the strategic marketing team to define our video style and narrative. Your role is pivotal in supporting the brand and improving social channel growth, all within a hardworking and delivery-focused company ethos.
 
Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and Marketing team to create visually stunning videos and animations using footage from streamers and ambassadors.
• Conceptualize and produce captivating animations, video graphics, and multimedia content aligned with the company's brand.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all materials.
• Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for various multimedia projects, including promotional videos, stories/reels, explainer videos, and interactive content.
• Provide video-related support to leaders in the Marketing department.
• Ensure final content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to solve creative challenges.
• Share new techniques with the wider creative team to encourage continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles and experience working with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe CC Software.
• Experience in Blender 3D is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, solid typographic skills, and a flair for design.
• Strong video and sound editing skills.
• Ability to incorporate feedback into content.
• Quality control checks before final exports.
• Meet all assigned deadlines.
• Work at a fast pace.
• Encode and export finalized projects according to specifications.
