Paul has a diverse background in recruitment that spans over 10 years. Originally from the UK, Paul recruited IT professionals within Switzerland and strategically sourced candidates across Europe. Paul moved to Australia in 2011 where he managed IT recruitment at Hays and later led IT Talent Acquisition for industry leaders across Tech/ SaaS, Telco, Mining & Energy.
