CTO - Accelerator Lab in Berlin

A full 360 degrees Leadership role.
We are looking for a technology leader to act as CTO in a fast moving blockchain Enterprise in Germany.

The organisation:
Is a Token Launch accelerator located in Berlin focused in supporting and boosting the capabilities of the best tokenizable startups in the blockchain and crypto environment. The organisation is set to be the reference and the Go-To place for innovation and funding initiatives in this space.

The duties of the role will include: 
  • Provide clear advice in all technology matters to an experience and diverse board of sponsors,
  • Design and deploy initiatives to keep the organisation up to speed in the latest developments in blockchain technology,
  • Oversee the quality of all coding developments produced in the organisation,
  • Perform thorough due diligence processes to assess new ideas and projects based on their technical feasibility and,
  • Act as a mentor and leader for new the team members of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be:
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with passion for blockchain technology, fundraising and the crypto markets
  • More than 3 years’ experience as a Full Stack developer and/or blockchain/DLT developer
  • Experience in Solidity, Dapps and Smart Contracts (will be an incredible advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Outstanding analytical, networking and interpersonal skills

The role is full time with view to start in January 2018 and will be based in Berlin preferably but the organisation is willing to consider remote agreements for the right candidate.
