A leading financial services Blockchain project based in Europe are looking for Customer Support Lead who can help build a large customer support team spanning across the globe. This is hands on position meaning you will be doing and not just strategising. The preference is to have this position based in Europe but we can consider locally here in Australia. The company is only 6 months old but they have raised a considerable sum in their ICO and are looking to build the foundation of their team by hiring extra staff in these very important position outside of development. This position requires high energy and passion for the space as this is a startup.Requirements:
- Experience managing a support team in a fast paced environment

- You will know how to manage people in remote locations.
