BD Manager, Games & Studios - Metaverse Project

We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team! You will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of the company's developer solutions. You'll need to deliver sales strategy as we expand our platform amongst P2E, blockchain gaming, and traditional gaming clients. You need to have proven success in delivering results. You will be reporting directly to the Head of BD and collaborating closely with key internal and external contributors to help deliver and implement sales strategies.
 
Responsibilities:

• Complete the full sales process from identifying, through to closing, new customer and existing customer opportunities
• Creatively thinking and implementing our sales strategy across all industries
• Establish business relationships with commercial customers
• Collaborating across the company's divisions (including Marketing, Product, and Engineering) around key initiatives and deals

Requirements:

• 3+ years in direct sales/business development experience
• Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding individual quarterly ACV/Revenue targets
• Proven track record to structure, developing, and completing strategic agreements
• Comfortable representing a technology company and working with CTOs, engineers, or other technical staff to build solutions
• Expertise in strategic selling structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning
• Experience working with a major Sales Methodology
