Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Global Crypto-Fiat Banking Platform

About the Company: A global crypto-fiat platform serving modern businesses.

• Product: Multicurrency accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire), crypto-fiat exchange, corporate cards, invoicing, payments, API banking.
• Clients: Import/export firms, B2B businesses, high-volume e-commerce, crypto-native traders, and funds.
• Business Model: Paid onboarding + subscription + transaction fees.
• Current Volume: $150M+/month
• Target: $1B+/month

Your Mandate:

• Lead expansion into LATAM, MENA, South Asia, and new verticals (enterprise, BaaS, APIs)
• Build and scale an elite team across product, sales, finance, ops, compliance, and growth
• Own company-wide metrics: volume, CAC, LTV, churn, revenue, burn
• Be the public face to investors, regulators, and strategic partners
• Architect the infrastructure to handle global scale and regulatory complexity

What You'll Own:

• Company strategy: product roadmap, org structure, GTM, capital strategy
• Team alignment: empower Heads of Product, Sales, Growth, Finance, Compliance
• Fundraising: Seed to Series B+ and beyond
• Global compliance and operational hygiene across jurisdictions
• Culture: fast-paced, product-driven, metric-obsessed, and execution-focused

What You Bring:

• C-level or founder-level experience in fintech, crypto, neobanks, or SaaS
• Proven scale: $0 → $50M+ ARR or $100M+ in monthly volume
• Global operating chops — worked across regions, led distributed teams
• Fundraising and board experience, comfortable with investor communications
• Product-led leadership style with deep ownership mentality

Your Toolkit:

• Metric-native: CAC, LTV, NRR, burn, churn, runway
• Cross-domain fluency: product, growth, finance, legal, compliance
• Sharp communicator, builder of high-trust teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions, and hands-on problem-solving
• Fluent in English (investors, partners, team communication)
