Creative Director - Kids Animation

Responsibilities:
Oversee the creative vision and execution of the animated series
Collaborate with writers to develop engaging storylines that authentically represent Chinese culture and values
Direct voice actors to deliver high-quality performances, including proper pronunciation of Chinese words or phrases if applicable
Work closely with storyboard artists to visualize episodes, ensuring cultural accuracy in visual elements
Guide animators, background artists, and other creative team members in incorporating Chinese artistic styles and motifs
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and cultural representation across all episodes
Participate in daily review sessions to provide feedback on work-in-progress
Manage production timelines and budgets
Communicate effectively with producers, network executives, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience directing animated content, preferably for children
Strong understanding of Chinese culture, traditions, and values Director 2
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable
Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to integrate cultural elements seamlessly
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Familiarity with current animation software and technologies
