Desired Skills 

• Skills and experience in trading, preferably in Crypto although experience of trading other asset classes will also be highly valued. 
• Deep understanding of Defi products, how they work, and their application  
• Experience working for a hedge/quant fund, systematic market maker, or Crypto focused company  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 
• Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to assess and mitigate potential risks. 
• Experience with Python
