Digital Marketing Manager (Blockchain)

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.

  • Plan and execute inbound lead generation and client acquisition strategies through multichannel campaigns, including email, webinars, social and search
  • Develop trigger-based and nurture outbound email tracks that engage our target audience with the right message at the right time
  • Own website and landing page development and optimisation
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
  • Brainstorm with regards to creating new and creative growth strategies for the company
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership/perspective for adoption

  • 3 years experience in demand generation and media planning
  • 4+ years integrated marketing
  • B2C marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot or Hubspot), CRM, CMS, Search and Display, Paid Social and analytics platforms
  • Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where direction and goals can pivot quickly to meet business objectives
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with excellent organisational skills and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills coupled with a "data-driven" thinking mentality
  • Must have the ability and desire to stay "up to date" with the trends / best practices in online marketing and digital asset trading
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Potential skills:
  • Cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing a plus
  • Financial services or FinTech experience
  • Experience with website and landing page best practices, including SEO, UX, and testing/optimisation methodologies to maximise conversions
