Finance Tools & Special Project Manager - Metaverse Project

We are looking for a Finance Tools & Special Project Manager to support the Finance Team with financial tools research and implementations, and handle the ad-hoc project activities at the company. You will report to the Finance Director.


Responsibilities

• Ensure the Finance Team is adequately equipped with financial and collaboration tools. Stand-alone solutions, ERP-like, or a combination of both
• Understand the tools’ needs of the finance team members (pull) and find solutions
• Identify opportunities available on the market to make recommendations (push)
• Budget financial needs for tools subscriptions and implementations
• Manage tool implementation projects
• Collaborate with Finance Director for M&A & investments Due diligence, research, and analysis
• Manage insurances needs and subscriptions
• Coordination with the legal department for cross-department projects
• Provide the company with opportunities for intelligence
• Ad-hoc requests and projects

 
Requirements

• Bachelor/Master's degree in a top-level institution
• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a Big 4
• Experience in ERP implementation
• Experience in Project Management
• Passionate about new technologies with corporate applications
