With a vision to redefine wellness and nutrition in India, we're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our initial on-the-ground operations and lay the foundation for our success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Strategy and Leadership:*
* Establish the brand's initial footing in the market, making key decisions related to business strategy, positioning, and growth.
* Assemble, mentor, and lead a high-performance team across various departments including operations, sales, marketing, and more.
2. *Operations Management:*
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas of improvement and introducing best practices.
* Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and quality assurance.

*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on GM, marketing, operations, and sales.

* Experience in setting up and scaling teams in startup environments.
* Strong understanding of the Indian health and wellness market landscape.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically, analytically, and execute methodically.
