General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the driving force behind The Company, crafting and refining the strategic vision in collaboration with co-founders.
  2. Take ownership of recruitment efforts to build a team capable of executing the company's ambitious goals, including technical, marketing, and operations personnel.
  3. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's objectives and performance metrics.
  4. Develop and implement scalable processes, infrastructure, and a company culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and growth.
  5. Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
  6. Actively engage with the DeFi and cryptocurrency community to establish partnerships, participate in events, and stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
  7. Drive the launch and adoption of the token, ensuring regulatory compliance and value creation for stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to launch campaigns, products, and features that resonate with the market and drive user growth.
  9. Prepare the company for key milestones, including potential public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
  1. Deep knowledge of DeFi, with a particular emphasis on Liquid Staking Derivatives.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with demonstrable knowledge of blockchain technology.
  3. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and scaling an organization, preferably in the tech or finance sector.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable.
  5. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a startup environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
  6. Previous success in launching a token or a significant product within the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.
  7. Strong network within the DeFi and broader cryptocurrency industry to leverage for partnerships and team building.
  8. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
  9. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in representing companies in high-stakes discussions.
