Head of Finance | Crypto-Fintech company

About the Role
A rapidly growing crypto-fintech company is looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead a world-class finance function.
 
This is a high-impact leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience scaling financial operations at high-growth fintech or crypto firms.
 
You’ll be responsible for financial strategy, planning, treasury management, reporting, compliance, and building strong internal systems to support fast global expansion. You’ll also work closely with leadership to ensure the company’s financial infrastructure can scale alongside product, regulatory, and customer growth.
 
What You’ll Do
 
Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Present actionable financial insights to executives and board members
• Align finance strategy with company goals and product roadmap
• Oversee financial audits, compliance, and reporting (including AML/tax)

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage core accounting operations, including monthly/annual close
• Oversee AP, cash flow, and financial reporting
• Implement strong financial controls and internal processes
• Ensure audit-readiness and regulatory compliance

Revenue Operations & Reconciliation

• Oversee revenue operations including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
• Manage reconciliation across fiat and crypto systems (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Automate exception handling, alerts, and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency across all incoming/outgoing financial flows

Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Own short- and long-term cash flow strategy
• Manage global liquidity across fiat and crypto holdings
• Monitor treasury risks (FX exposure, counterparty risk, etc.)
• Maintain key banking, crypto platform, and institutional relationships

Systems, Automation & Data Infrastructure

• Select and integrate finance tools (ERP, BI, reconciliation, billing, treasury)
• Focus on automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Partner with engineering and product to support monetization models, forecasting tools, and cost control logic

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience (e.g., CFO, VP/Head of Finance) in a high-growth fintech or crypto environment
• Experience managing both fiat and crypto financial operations
• Strong understanding of revenue models: subscription, usage-based, and fee-based
• Experience with treasury management and liquidity planning
• Proven track record of implementing financial systems and automation
• Knowledge of financial controls, audit practices, and global compliance (including AML, tax, reporting standards)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and leadership
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution in fast-changing environments
