Objective: - The Company is hiring a hands-on Growth leader to build the entire acquisition engine from scratch — from early hypotheses to scaled channels, analytics to compounding loops.
- This is not a traditional marketing role.
- This is growth architecture: acquisition, product, sales, and data tied into one machine — driving the business from $150M/month volume to 100+ new clients/day.
Context: - A global crypto-fiat banking platform for modern businesses.
- Product: Multicurrency business accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire), crypto-fiat exchange, corporate cards, invoicing, API banking.
- Clients: Importers, exporters, B2B firms, high-volume e-commerce, crypto traders, and funds.
- Model: Paid onboarding + subscription + transaction fees.
- Current Volume: $150M+/month
- Target: $1B+/month
Your Mission: - Design and execute The Company's 6–12 month growth roadmap.
- Test and scale acquisition channels: paid, SEO, cold outbound, email, partnerships.
- Build full-funnel analytics: CPL, CAC, LTV, churn, activation, TTV, NRR.
- Launch new growth infrastructure: stack, CRM, content ops, automation, SEO engine.
- Deliver qualified pipeline to Sales → drive it through the funnel → optimize for revenue outcomes.
- Manage contractors, freelancers, agencies; later, build and lead a growth team (performance, content, automation).
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to synchronize growth → activation → revenue.
Must-Have Experience: - Hands-on Growth / Demand Gen / Growth PM / B2B Marketing Lead in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or neobank.
- Track record at companies like Mercury, Brex, Wise (B2B), Ramp, Payoneer, Deel, Stripe (B2B), Jeeves, Rapyd.
- Scaled growth from early stage (e.g., 100 → 5,000+ clients).
- Personally launched and iterated on channels: performance marketing, outbound, partnerships, organic acquisition.
- Built and optimized growth stacks: budgets, agencies, freelancers, internal hires.
- Deep product intuition — understands that real growth ties directly into product usage and monetization.
Hard Skills: - Master of growth frameworks, rapid experimentation, and funnel design.
- Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, cold outreach tools, GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Zapier/Make.
- Advanced funnel thinking: attribution models, BI dashboards, Excel/Sheets.
- Fast prototyping of campaigns and hypotheses.
- Fluent English (all client-facing and internal communications are in English).
Soft Skills: - High initiative and relentless execution speed.
- Deep intuition for channels → demand → economics loops.
- Strategic builder who can also run campaigns hands-on.
- Operates cross-functionally: tight alignment with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Systems and growth loops thinker with ruthless focus on ROI and compounding velocity.
Definitely Not a Fit If: - You’re a pure B2C or brand marketer without hardcore B2B acquisition experience.
- You only know "content marketing" but not performance, outbound, or multi-channel acquisition.
- You’ve only led strategy and analysis — we need doers and testers.
