Head of Sales - Digital Assets

We're looking for a heavy-hitting commercial leader to take full ownership of revenue, partnerships, and corridor expansion across a fast-scaling digital assets payments network.
This is not a "manage-from-a-distance" role.
This is hands-on, sleeves-up, close deals, grow volume, and open corridors type of leadership.
If you've built revenue engines across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, remittance networks, or cross-border payment rails, this is your arena.
 
What You'll Own 1. Revenue, Corridors & Growth

  • Build and execute the full commercial strategy across Asia and emerging markets.
  • Drive TPV, settlement volume, and liquidity across stablecoin rails.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, onboarding, activation.
  • Identify and launch new corridors (THB↔PHP, PHP↔IDR, SGD, CNY/CNH, etc.).
  • Hit aggressive TPV and net revenue targets — consistently.
2. Client Acquisition & Strategic Accounts
  • Bring in high-value institutional clients across OTCs, PSPs, exchanges, remittance providers, and fintechs.
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with Treasury, Compliance, Ops, and Product to push deals live quickly and smoothly.
3. Market Intelligence & Product Alignment
  • Map competitive activity, corridor demand, and liquidity behavior.
  • Feed insights back into product, pricing, and expansion strategy.
  • Work with marketing and commercial leadership to launch GTM campaigns.
What You Bring
  • 7-12+ years in high-stakes sales / BD / commercial leadership within fintech, FX, payments, or digital assets.
  • Proven record hitting revenue + volume targets in fast-growth environments.
  • A real network across OTC desks, PSPs, remittance operators, exchanges, liquidity providers.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the confidence to run complex deals end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of stablecoins, FX flows, cross-border settlement, liquidity ops.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you execute fast, operate autonomously, and deliver results.
  • English fluency; additional Asian languages are a big plus.
