Our client is pioneering AI accessibility through cutting-edge GPU cloud solutions. We're in search of a results-driven Infrastructure Partner Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the establishment and management of strategic partnerships with top GPU hardware providers, ensuring a seamless and reliable supply of high-performance GPUs for our global customer base.

 
About the Role:
As a key player, you'll lay the groundwork for our client's cloud-based and bare-metal AI compute offerings. You'll scout and onboard premier GPU providers, guaranteeing access to the latest and most powerful GPUs for our Aethir Atmosphere and Aethir Earth platforms. Through strategic collaboration and negotiation, you'll secure competitive pricing and service level agreements (SLAs) beneficial to both our client and its customers. 

Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Development:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify top GPU providers.
  • Devise a comprehensive partnership strategy to forge alliances with key GPU providers.
  • Evaluate provider offerings to ensure alignment with our client's technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Establish, maintain, and evolve the overall “Partner Program” for infrastructure providers – taking full ownership.
Partner Onboarding & Management:
  • Design and execute effective onboarding processes for new GPU cloud provider partners.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with partners, fostering transparent communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and pricing models.
  • Proactively manage partner performance, monitoring SLAs and identifying enhancement opportunities.
Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to forecast GPU demand and secure ample capacity from partners.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions to ensure uninterrupted service for our client's customers.
  • Explore strategies for geographically diverse GPU deployments to ensure global service coverage.
Technical Expertise & Market Awareness:
  • Stay abreast of the evolving GPU landscape, keeping up-to-date on the latest hardware advancements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless compatibility between our client's platform and partner-provided GPUs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to uphold our client's competitive advantage in GPU resource procurement.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in B2B technology partnership management, ideally within cloud computing or AI.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with major cloud service providers, hardware providers, or data center providers.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for anticipating and addressing supply chain challenges.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and GPU technology advancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous due to our dealings with mining partners in Asia.
  • Experience with SLAs and managing service level expectations for cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of the global GPU market and major cloud service providers.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex technical partnerships.
  • A passion for innovation and the transformative potential of AI across industries.
