Presently, they are in search of an accomplished Institutional Sales Executive to join their dynamic Sales team. This role involves the pursuit of new business opportunities by marketing SaaS software to both traditional financial institutions and crypto-native entities such as banks, exchanges, and custodians.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire sales process, commencing from initial discovery calls and product demonstrations to scoping discussions, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations. Your ability to comprehend the needs of potential clients and effectively convey the distinctive value propositions offered by the company will be pivotal in this position.

Your primary objective will be to contribute to revenue growth while simultaneously fostering strong, positive relationships with our esteemed clientele.

The duties of the Institutional Sales Executive include:

  • Skillfully outlining and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's solution, staying informed about forthcoming product releases, and staying current with industry trends.
  • Maintaining accurate data and reporting on your sales pipeline.
  • Proactively proposing and implementing innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participating in relevant conferences.
  • Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of positive client relationships.

Requirements for the Institutional Sales Account Executive:
  • Demonstrated sales experience with leading SaaS companies.
  • Established relationships with key figures in the asset management industry.
  • Outstanding sales track record in selling SaaS to institutional clients in the finance and asset management sector.
  • Experience in selling to the CFO stack at traditional financial institutions.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and a readiness to develop expertise in this field.
  • A strong interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, including Tokenization, DeFi, and web3.
  • An eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
