They are currently in search of an adept Institutional Sales Executive to join their dynamic Sales team. This position involves pursuing new business opportunities by marketing SaaS software to both crypto-native and traditional banks, exchanges, and custodians.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire sales process, from initial discovery calls and product demonstrations to scoping discussions, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations. Your capacity to discern the needs of potential clients and effectively convey the distinct value propositions offered by the company will be pivotal in this role.

Your primary objective will be to contribute to revenue growth while nurturing strong and positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities of the Institutional Sales Executive include:

  7. Delivering compelling and persuasive product demonstrations that effectively showcase the company's value proposition.
  8. Skillfully scoping and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  9. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's solution, staying informed about upcoming product releases, and staying abreast of industry trends.
  10. Maintaining precise data and reports of your sales pipeline.
  11. Proactively suggesting and implementing new strategies to enhance sales efforts.
  12. Participating in relevant conferences.
  13. Ensuring a continuous positive rapport with clients.
  14. Expanding and increasing revenue.
Requirements for the Institutional Sales Account Executive:
  1. Demonstrated sales experience with leading SaaS companies.
  2. Established relationships with senior figures in the asset management industry.
  3. A strong track record of sales success in selling SaaS to institutional clients in the finance and asset management sectors.
  4. Experience in selling to the CFO level at traditional financial institutions.
  5. Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  6. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
  7. A deep interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, including Tokenization, DeFi, and web3.
  8. A desire to excel in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
