The company provides blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence solutions for web3 companies, digital asset service providers, financial institutions, law enforcement and government agencies to detect, investigate and prevent illicit use of cryptocurrencies. Our vision is to make cryptocurrencies safe and provide infrastructure for the safe and compliant growth of cryptocurrencies.

The company is headquartered in New York with offices in Singapore, Bangalore and London. The team has combined experience across Bank of America, Paypal, Luno, Thomson Reuters and Amazon. The company has raised over US$27 MM from SIG, Beco, Republic, DCG, Kenetic, GGV and several others.
    • Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale the company's marketing operations & insights function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth.
    • Develop reports that help the marketing team analyse key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, sales performance and other key conversion metrics.
    • Build the attribution model for the marketing organisation and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company.
    • Select, implement, and monitor the right marketing tools for automation and scaling those to support sales to reach revenue goals and exceed company targetsWork with and support sales operations by creating solid data-driven processes for data enrichment, lead scoring, and segmentation.
    • Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points, including managing vendor relationships for contracts, renewals, and system performance.
    • Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture (i.e. process, feature, function, and workflows)
    • Live by the slogan- “if it's not in HubSpot, it doesn’t exist.”
    • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Automation / Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must.
    • Attention to detail is your way of life. You nit-pick every little detail - from why a field is not populated, to why it is attributed differently, to why it is even spelt wrong.
    • You like to work in a team environment with a lot of cross-functional collaboration.
    • Bonus Points For HubSpot certification and/or SFDC certifications.
