Your Contribution to Our Growth
Our client is seeking a Product Manager with extensive Payments experience to lead the development and evolution of their global payment and remittance products—a key area of growth for their digital asset infrastructure business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the roadmap for products that power crypto-based payments and cross-border transactions, helping businesses move money faster and more efficiently through blockchain rails. You’ll work closely with engineering, business development, and compliance teams to build innovative, compliant, and client-ready solutions that solve real-world problems in modern finance.

You’ll start by taking ownership of existing payment flows—applying structure, strategic direction, and a product mindset to features already in the market—and play a critical role in shaping a new remittance product from the ground up. This is a hands-on, domain-driven role for someone with deep payments experience who’s excited about crypto’s potential to transform global money movement. Based in Dubai, this hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone eager to lead with impact, bring clarity to complexity, and help define the future of payments at the company.
  
What You’ll Do

• Lead the product management and delivery process for global payment and remittance solutions, from ideation to launch while aligning closely with business development and product teams.
• Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to define and refine the payment and remittance offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.
• Work with engineering, design, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality payment and remittance products that meet customer expectations.
• Establish and manage payments and remittance product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on client feedback, regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, sharing product knowledge and effectively communicating updates, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and support junior product managers and cross-functional team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee product lifecycle management for payment and remittance products to ensure ongoing alignment with global regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to both payment and remittance products to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all products in the payments and remittances categories meet necessary regulatory compliance across all operational global regions.
• Facilitate thorough testing of products and features within both domains to maintain product quality and reliability.

We’d Love to See

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the Payments and Remittance space.
• Proven track record of launching successful payment and remittance products.
• In-depth understanding of payment processing systems and remittance frameworks, operational practices, relevant technology stacks, networks, and regulatory considerations.
• Technical literacy in REST APIs and familiarity with industry conventions related to payments and remittances.
• Awareness of various global regulatory regimes and considerations specific to payments and remittances.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency payment systems and remittance applications, including their unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling data-driven decision-making to support the development of payment and remittance products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent within product teams.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
