Product Managers - Web3 and Crypto Payment Solution (Dubai)

Overview:

The Web3 Product Manager leads product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for innovative Web3 projects. This role requires deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain tech, dApps, smart contracts, and NFTs. The ideal candidate is technically strong, passionate about decentralized tech, and can simplify complex concepts for user-friendly products that advance the decentralized web.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a compelling product vision aligned with Web3 goals.
2. Ecosystem Analysis: Stay updated on Web3 trends and user needs for product development.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead teams in engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
4. Product Roadmap Development: Create and manage a clear product roadmap.
5. User Experience Focus: Ensure products deliver an engaging and intuitive experience.
6. Go-to-Market and Adoption: Develop strategies for product adoption and user growth.
7. Performance Metrics and Iteration: Establish key metrics and use data insights to enhance the product.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Be the main point of contact for product-related matters.
9. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Stay compliant with Web3 regulations.
10. Community Building and Engagement: Engage with the Web3 community for feedback and collaboration.
11. Focus on Execution: Ensure efficient project execution from concept to launch.

Requirements:

• Experience in Product Manager roles, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, dApps, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Expertise in managing product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical skills in blockchain platforms or programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust).
