This team needs someone who can drive client acquisition, unlock new corridors, and push real volume through digital asset rails. If you've got a strong network across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, or remittance partners — this is where you use it.
This is a hands-on sales role. Full lifecycle. Full ownership. Real targets.
What you'll be doing - Bring in new partners across PSPs, OTC traders, exchanges, and remittance players
- Drive cross-border settlement and liquidity through digital asset rails
- Run the entire sales cycle end-to-end — prospecting → proposal → negotiation → onboarding → activation
- Hit monthly and quarterly TPV + revenue targets
- Open new corridors (THB↔PHP, PHP↔IDR, CNY/CNH, SGD, and beyond)
Account management & relationships - Build and maintain strong institutional relationships
- Ensure partners go live smoothly with compliance, treasury, ops
- Work tightly with Product/Operations to improve partner experience
Market intelligence - Track competitor moves and client feedback
- Feed insights into corridor strategy, pricing, and expansion
- Support marketing and commercial teams on partner launches
What you bring - 5-10 years in sales, BD, or account management in fintech/payments/FX/crypto
- History of smashing revenue/TPV targets
- A real network in PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, or remittance firms
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling complex deals solo
- Solid understanding of stablecoins, settlement flows, FX, liquidity (or ability to learn fast)
- Self-starter, execution-driven, thrives in fast-moving environments
- English fluency; extra Asian languages a bonus
