Senior Designer Marketing (Blockchain)

This client is one of the leading infrastructure platform providing scalable and easy-to-use APIs and cloud solutions for web3 developers. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.


Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end designs for marketing experiences, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution
• Play an integral role in shaping the evolution of the company's marketing and web design.
• Create high-quality marketing assets that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand.
• Collaborate with our marketers, product designers, and developers to continuously improve our web properties, creating a cohesive and consistent user experience.
• Research and propose new solutions to make our site more user friendly
• Focus must be in the user experience from start to finish, how people interact with our site in the big picture, and on the small details

Requirements:

• 2-4 years (mid/intermediate level) of web/marketing design or art direction experience
• A deep and diverse portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual design foundations
• Passion for delving deep into brand strategy and creative executions for tech brands
• Experience designing for web, social, and email
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Ability to write semantic HTML/CSS to bring designs to life
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance needs of the brand, the business, and it’s constraints
• Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with a remote team.
• Effective and efficient written and spoken communication skills
• Understanding of customer experience and the relationship between brand and product design

Potential skills:

• Experience in illustration, animation, and branding
• Experience in data-driven design and testing
• Basic knowledge of blockchain
• Experience designing A/B tests to help improve conversion
