A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is hiring an Agile Project Manager to run delivery across its product and engineering teams, keeping releases predictable as the platform scales.

What you'll do
- Run agile ceremonies across squads, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Own delivery planning, roadmaps and release schedules across product and engineering
- Track dependencies, risks and blockers and drive them to resolution
- Report on velocity, delivery metrics and progress to leadership
- Coach teams on agile practice and improve how delivery works over time
- Experience running agile delivery for software product teams, ideally in fintech or payments
- Strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban and when to apply each
- Comfortable with Jira, Confluence or similar delivery tooling
- Able to work across product, engineering, compliance and business stakeholders
- Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification
- Background in payments, banking or crypto
- Experience scaling delivery process in a high-growth environment
