Neil has spent the last 13 years in the recruitment and education industry having setup companies in each sector. He started his career working in the tech sector working for Microsoft straight out of university in Tech support position and then moving into Account management positions in Dell Computers. After arriving in Australia 13 years ago he moved into the recruitment sector and 3 years later setup his own highly successful recruitment agency. 5 years later he set up an education business that grew to 50+ full time staff within a year.
