CFO Chief Financial Officer - AI & Web3 Infrastructure

A pioneering Web3 infrastructure group at the forefront of privacy-preserving computation is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead global financial strategy, operations, and governance.
You’ll own everything from treasury management and forecasting to investor relations and crypto-native finance. The ideal candidate combines CFO-level leadership in tech or fintech with hands-on crypto treasury and token management experience.

What you’ll do

• Drive financial strategy across fiat and digital assets
• Manage banking, reporting, forecasting, and risk
• Oversee compliance, audits, and tax obligations
• Lead treasury and asset management (custody, yield, liquidity)
• Administer token vesting and unlock schedules
• Build financial models and scenario forecasts
• Partner closely with executive leadership to guide growth

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years in finance leadership (CFO / VP Finance)
• 5+ years in crypto, Web3, or DeFi environments
• Deep knowledge of treasury, tokenomics & financial modeling
• Strong understanding of compliance and audit standards (EU / US)
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and comfortable in fast-moving teams

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto foundations or Swiss associations
• Background in fund management or DeFi investing

Location: Remote – Europe or US East Coast
Compensation: Competitive base + token package
