A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is hiring a Concierge Partnerships Manager to build and manage the premium lifestyle partner network behind its concierge offering.

What you'll do
- Source, negotiate and sign partnerships across travel, hospitality, dining and lifestyle
- Own the commercial relationship with partners, including terms and performance
- Build the partner proposition so it lands with a premium customer base
- Work with product and marketing to bring partner benefits into the app
- Track partner usage, value and customer feedback and act on it
- Partnerships, business development or account management experience in premium lifestyle, travel, hospitality or financial services
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Existing network across UAE lifestyle, hospitality or luxury brands
- Comfortable owning relationships end to end in a fast moving business
- Experience with concierge, private banking or premium card propositions
- UAE market experience
- Background in fintech or payments
