Head of Blockchain Product Management - ZK Layer 2

Role Overview
We're looking for a founding-level Head of Blockchain Product Management with deep Layer 2 expertise to design, launch, and scale a privacy-preserving L2 platform. This role requires ownership of the roadmap, strong architectural and ZKP understanding, and the ability to drive GTM strategy for a first-of-its-kind platform.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product roadmap for a unified ledger L2
• Collaborate with engineering on privacy-preserving stablecoin & RWA architecture
• Integrate and scale zero-knowledge systems with cryptography teams
• Design institutional and developer onboarding UX
• Drive GTM strategy for wrapped stablecoin/RWA launches
• Partner with BD to translate roadmap into client value
• Engage with developers, clients, and ecosystem partners to shape product direction

Requirements

• 7-12+ years in product leadership for high-impact blockchain projects
• Minimum 2+ years at a leading L2
• Deep knowledge of rollup architecture, ZKPs, and privacy systems
• Proven track record launching developer-facing platforms from concept to scale
• GTM experience in crypto/infrastructure, ideally stablecoins or tokenization
• Skilled at leading multi-stakeholder projects with complex milestones
• Able to work cross-functionally across engineering, BD, and compliance
• Startup-ready: hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Preferably based in SF, NY, or Switzerland (flexible for top talent)

Nice to Have

• Experience at a stablecoin issuer or building an L2 within an exchange
• Background in zero-knowledge cryptography, protocol design, or DeFi compliance
• Familiarity with smart contract standards, bridges, and interoperability layers
• Ability to establish and refine team operating practices for scaling products
