A family office-backed fintech in Dubai building cross-border payments and financial infrastructure on digital assets is hiring a Head of Finance to own financial strategy and operations as the business scales. You'll build out the finance function, own reporting and forecasting, and work closely with the CEO and CPO on strategic decisions across the business.

What you'll do
- Own financial planning, budgeting and reporting for the business
- Build out finance processes, controls and systems as the company scales
- Lead treasury, cash management and banking relationships
- Partner with leadership on strategic and investment decisions
- 7+ years finance experience, ideally in fintech or payments
- Strong grasp of financial reporting, forecasting and controls
- Comfortable working hands-on in a lean, fast-moving team
- Dubai based, or open to relocating
- Experience with digital asset accounting or treasury
- Background in a high-growth fintech or Web3 company
