About The Company: - A global crypto-fiat banking platform serving modern B2B businesses.
- Product: Multicurrency accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire), crypto-fiat exchange, corporate cards, invoicing, API banking.
- Clients: Importers, exporters, high-volume e-commerce, crypto funds, global B2B firms.
- Business Model: Paid onboarding + subscription + transaction fees.
- Current Volume: $150M+/month
- Target: $1B+/month
Your Mandate: - Build and lead the global sales team — outbound, inbound, partnerships, enterprise.
- Drive customer acquisition across B2B trade, e-commerce, and crypto-native verticals.
- Launch GTM strategies across LATAM, MENA, South Asia, and beyond.
- Optimize every step of the funnel: CAC, LTV, close rates, velocity.
- Partner tightly with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver market-ready solutions.
- Personally close flagship accounts and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Own: - Full revenue and volume accountability — monthly, quarterly.
- Recruiting, training, and leading SDRs, closers, partner managers.
- Building scalable sales infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, playbooks, comp models).
- Enterprise deal-making and strategic account management.
- Translating customer feedback into product improvements and GTM pivots.
What You Bring: - 5–10+ years in B2B fintech, payments, banking-as-a-service, or crypto platforms.
- Proven builder: $0 → $50M+ ARR or $100M+/month volume.
- Hands-on outbound sales expertise and partnership-building experience.
- Cross-border sales team leadership and international GTM experience.
- Financial infrastructure sales (B2B fintech, crypto, payments) preferred.
Your Toolkit: - Deep literacy in CAC, LTV, sales cycle length, quota attainment, churn.
- CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and process design.
- Strong commercial instincts + financial acumen.
- Data-driven decision-making and scalable GTM mindset.
Soft Skills: - Founder mindset: ownership, accountability, bias for action.
- Strategic thinker and tactical closer — not just one or the other.
- Inspiring communicator and coach for high-performance teams.
