A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is hiring an Information Security Manager to own security policy, controls and assurance across its payments and banking platform.

What you'll do
- Own the information security programme, policies and standards
- Run risk assessments, vulnerability management and penetration test cycles
- Lead security incident response and build the playbooks behind it
- Drive compliance work across frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI DSS
- Work with engineering to embed secure practice into the development lifecycle
- Experience owning information security in fintech, payments or financial services
- Strong grasp of security frameworks, controls and regulatory expectations
- Hands on experience with incident response and vulnerability management
- Able to influence engineering teams and business stakeholders
- CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification
- UAE or wider GCC regulatory experience
- Background in crypto or digital assets security
