What you will do:
Start on live mandates. We have more open roles than hands to fill them, so your first months are delivery, not cold calling. Exchanges, protocols, market makers, custody, DeFi. You learn the market by placing into it.
What you will get:
No salary. This is commission only, and we say that upfront because it filters for the right person. In exchange we pay the highest commission in this industry, and we mean that literally. Ask for the structure on the first call.
A team that bills together. We split roles, share candidates and cover for each other across time zones. Big months here are usually two people on one mandate, not one person grinding alone.
Your own hours, your own time zone. But a full working week, every week. Commission only does not mean part time. We are not looking for someone fitting recruitment in between three side hustles.
What we need:
You do not need recruitment experience. You need to be comfortable on the phone with senior people, hands-on with AI tools in your actual workflow, and curious enough about crypto to hold an opinion.
You also need to be a natural at posting on LinkedIn. This is where our market lives and where every one of us builds a pipeline. If you have never posted and the idea makes you uncomfortable, this is not your role. If you already post and wish more people read it, our brand fixes that.
