A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is hiring a Senior AI Developer to design and ship AI driven features across its payments and banking platform.
What you'll do
  • Build and deploy AI and machine learning features into production services
  • Work with LLMs, including prompt design, retrieval and evaluation pipelines
  • Integrate models with existing backend services and data pipelines
  • Own model performance, monitoring and iteration once features are live
  • Work with product and engineering to identify where AI genuinely adds value
What we're looking for
  • Strong software engineering background with hands on AI or ML delivery experience
  • Python and experience with modern ML and LLM tooling
  • Experience taking models from prototype through to production
  • Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and APIs
Nice to have
  • Experience in fintech, payments, fraud or risk modelling
  • Background in crypto or digital assets
  • Experience building AI features in a regulated environment
