A fast-growing fintech in Dubai is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to own financial reporting, controls and the day to day running of the finance function as the business scales.

What you'll do
- Own month end close, management reporting and statutory reporting
- Build and maintain financial controls, policies and processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage audit, tax and regulatory reporting requirements
- Partner with leadership on planning and business performance
- Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- Strong financial reporting and controls experience, ideally in fintech, payments or financial services
- Experience owning month end and working with auditors
- Comfortable operating hands on in a growing business
- UAE or wider GCC finance experience
- Exposure to crypto or digital assets accounting
- Experience building finance process from scratch
