A family office-backed fintech in Dubai building cross-border payments and financial infrastructure on digital assets is hiring a Treasury Analyst to manage cash, liquidity and digital asset positions across the business. You'll work closely with finance and operations to keep banking relationships, cash flow and digital asset custody running smoothly.

What you'll do
- Manage daily cash positions, liquidity and banking relationships
- Monitor and reconcile digital asset custody and conversions
- Support cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting
- Help build out treasury processes and controls as the company scales
- 3+ years treasury or finance experience, ideally in fintech or payments
- Strong grasp of cash management and reconciliation
- Comfortable working hands-on in a lean, fast-moving team
- Dubai based, or open to relocating
- Experience with digital asset custody or treasury operations
- Background in a high-growth fintech or Web3 company
