2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/AI/tech preferred)
7-12+ years in high-stakes sales / BD / commercial leadership within fintech, FX, payments, or digital assets.
5-10 years in sales, BD, or account management in fintech/payments/FX/crypto
5+ years of senior PR, communications, or media experience (fintech/crypto/startup strongly preferred).
Pipeline Ownership - Build, maintain, and optimize a structured venture funnel covering intake, prioritization, and governance.
Fluency in Russian and English Ability to be based in, or relocate to, Dubai
